Two new bloggers to watch
I met my friend Matt while in Ames. We both worked for The Tribune at the time. He nows lives in Corvallis, Oregon working at the Gazette Times. I’m going to see him and his wife next month, and can’t wait. He’s a journalist who gets it and he’s blogging about it theses day over at Wired Journalist. Pretty good stuff.
They other blogger I wanted to point out is Chuck Peters, the CEO of The Gazette Company in Cedar Rapids. He’s trying to create a local media company for the future. I just happen to work at The Gazette and am happy to be a player in the transformation.
One other note: I’m heading to the Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco on Monday. I’ll be blogging from the event both here and at WediaBuzz, which is a blog from the Web Best Practice Group at The Gazette Company, of which I am a member. The expo runs Tuesday through Friday. It should be really cool.
